Chutney Joe's menu is characterized by a variety of home-style meat and vegetarian selections (including several vegan options) all with an impressive level of intense and complex flavors.

Simply put, the Chutney Joe's model really works. Our concept does not even require a chef. At the same time we do not use any prepared Sauces, almost everything is cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. By not requiring a chef of "Indian cuisine" at Chutney Joes, we not only save on payroll, but we eliminate the dependency on a skilled and specialized chef, while producing consistent quality time after time. Basic skill level employees with no prior food experience can be trained in a very short time to cook high quality "healthy" Indian food.

Flexible, efficient layouts can fit into a number of different retail, lifestyle and neighborhood centers, all within about 1,500 to 2,000 square feet of space; and they can accommodate front-of-house seating, patio dining, drive-through windows, and a number of other build-out options, depending on the local community and available site. Potential revenue streams are equally flexible and diverse: takeout, delivery, optional liquor sales, and or catering may be added to the mix.

We are seeking motivated people who can demonstrate they have the passion, commitment, leadership and management skills, and the finances necessary to bring to the table.
