This Privacy Policy is applicable to personal information collected via the Site,  and is also applicable to personal information collected offline over the phone, via fax, or when visiting a  Chutney Joe’s locations.  

We may use and disclose the above collected information  , directly and or through activities of Franchisees and or suppliers to help develop better programs and serve our customers more effectively without limitation to any of the following items.

1. Communicating with you of any Marketing programs via email or other methods.
2. Communicate with you information about new products or services, events in our locations or events and contests and or Surveys sponsored by us or our Franchisees.
3. Analyze customer behaviors and trends.
4. Use personal data drawn from the site and offline sources to research, analysis and measure the effectiveness of our online and offline marketing efforts and to develop products, services, and marketing programs.

More than one, Third parties provide services to us to make the Gift cards & On Line Ordering Food orders available to you. The Third Party service providers collect information about you, including your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information when you submit the information while placing the gift card order or Online food order.

We do not collect or store your Gift card or Online food order information and do not share this information with other third parties or service providers. The Gift card Service provider  and Online Food Order provider shall maintain your personal information on a secure server and to use at least industry standard encryption technology and security procedures for all payment processing.

We do Collect and Store your Club Chutney membership information via a third party provider and use it solely to monitor your purchase and to communicate with you information about new products or services, events in our locations or events

We do not allow visitors to our website any access to the personal data we or our third party provider has.

Gift Cards:

All your gift card purchases are non refundable but fully redeemable for food at any of our locations. If you Gift card is lost or stolen we can replace it only if you have a proof of purchase. Please read the terms on the back of the Gift card.

Online Food ordering:

Once the food orders are placed through our On Line ordering   service provided on the site, the orders are non cancelable and or non refundable.  In case there is anything missing from your ordered placed online or if anything is wrong with our product please call the specific store within 15 minutes of receiving your order to discuss your options with the Store Manager.
